If Not Now, Then When?

I know Senator McCain is getting up there in years, so somebody please remind him that until Sen. Paul held his filibuster, the White House had multiple opportunities to answer the simple question, “Does President Obama have the Constitutional authority to order drone strikes on US citizens on US soil?” and refused every one of them. Given that this is a somewhat important question and that the activities of our government give reason to raise it, the fact that the White House refused to answer it is certainly cause for concern. Sen. Paul did his duty to raise the question and get an answer.

Which leaves me to wonder one thing: just what, if anything, would Sen. McCain see as an overreach of federal power?
