Oklahoma Suit May Knock Out Obamacare | Right Wing News.

This article is interesting, not for the idea of a legal challenge to the ACA because we already know that the SCOTUS will do whatever it takes to avoid ruling against the ACA in any way, but because it is just one more example of the President ‘interpreting’ a law to mean what he wants it to mean intead of what the words actually say. Similar to the way his administration ‘interpreted’ the Welfare reform Act to remove the work requirement even though that requirement contained language that specifically stated that the requirement couldn’t be waived.

Our President holds himself to be above the law, and so far, the Supreme Court has supported that opinion.
